The Personalized Process:

1. Add your message into the text field under "Add Your Personalization".
2. We will email you a digital proof within 3-5 business days of your purchase.
3. Reply with "approved" -or- "change needed" and add your new text.
4. Once we have approval to create your sign, it will move forward with the production team. The production process can take from 7 to 14 business days to complete.

Please Note: If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours of sending the proof, then we will create and send your wood sign as-is. In which case, the sign will not be eligible for return or exchange.
